Mansion Hills is intended to create a neighbourhood predominantly devoted to low density neighbourhoods of luxury single family homes that can take advantage of the dramatic topography of the site, views of the Red Sea and access to the beaches of Aqaba.

The project spreads over some 3.5 million sq.m and will include residential villas and buildings, 5 and 4 star hotels and chalets, commercial complex, amphitheatre.

Artec completed the design of the master plan; at the moment the Project’s further development is on hold.
