Doha World Trade Centre is situated on the cornice in New Doha area, Qatar. This prestigious development spreads out to 99 609 sq.m. built up area. Its unique design will further contribute to the widely expanding construction life in Doha and will turn it into a landmark project. The development provides four separate Blocks as described hereunder:

• Block A – Podium. It consist of banks hall, retail shopping area, exhibition halls, total 37 672 sq.m.
• Block B – High rise building. Total 53 333 sq.m providing office area, equipped with Health club, swimming pool, VIP offices, sky restaurant.
• Block C – Sphere. Total 3346 sq.m. Designed for Seminar rooms, Telecommunication rooms, media floor, and library.
• Block D – Low rise building. Total 6258 sq.m. Including Business centre, furnished luxuries apartments and Recreation area equipped with Health club and swimming pool.

Design and piling and enabling works have been completed. Artec was not involved in the main contract works.
