The 5 storied Office Building was designed for H.E. Qasim Sultan Al Banna, chairman of Dubai Municipality. Located in Oud Metha, the building spreads out to 322 830 sq.m built up area. The two main entrances are located at the ends of the diagonal, while the other 2 entrances are at the other Diagonal. At the left side of the ground floor, a covered parking with (23) parking places is located near the entrance & exit ramps of the Basement. The wide free span skylight structure provided in steel and glazing confer expedient and stylish atmosphere. High performance reflective double-glazing is considered for the building in addition to the Aluminum Cladding of Aluminum composite panels for the elevations. The colonnade was in house designed cladded with wood panel in combination with stainless steel to give hi-tech ambience. The Business Centre is completed in 2001.
