The Dubai International Holy Quran Award is sponsored by H.H. Shk. Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum and is given each year to people who memorize and recite the Quran. The Award was established in order to encourage young Muslims to memorize and understand the Holy Quran, and to spread the Quranic values of peace and love.

Located in Mamzar in Dubai, Dubai Holy Quran Building will be one of the city’s most symbolically important new projects. The building is conceived in response to the city’s rapidly growing population and limited facilities of such type. The design is traditional, offering an image of dignity, transparency, and openness.

The commission comes from Dubai International Holy Quran Award Committee, chaired by H.E. Ibrahim Bumelha.
