This Moroccan landmark is designed with the vision to be the first amusement and attraction park of international standard and scope on the cornice of Casablanca.

This 705,7015 sq.m. project will include Amusement Park, Cultural and Archaeological Zone, Residential Zone, Commercial Centre, and 4, 5, and 7-star Hotels.

Artec completed the design of the master plan; at the moment the Project’s further development is on hold.
